RANA AAMIR ZULFIQAR

He currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General for Pakistan, having previously held the position of Ex-Assistant Advocate General in Punjab. His illustrious career includes a tenure as a legal advisor for the Ministry of Law and Justice Department. Prior to these roles, he provided professional services to entities such as the Lahore Electric Supply Company, and Atlas Insurance Company. Presently, he offers his legal expertise to the Universal Insurance Company. Over the last fifteen years, he has adeptly represented clients across a wide array of legal domains, including insurance, civil, criminal, revenue, banking, corporate, and constitutional matters. He completed his LLB from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan in 2007 and obtained a Masters in Political Science from Islamia University Bahawalpur in 2010.

BALJIT SINGH SANDHU

With an illustrious career spanning over three decade, S. Baljeet Singh Sandhu is a stalwart in the legal profession, showcasing consistent expertise. He has actively presented numerous cases before labor appellate tribunals, labor courts, and civil courts in Punjab, showcasing his commendable track record, which extends to high courts. He earned his Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) degree from Punjabi University, Patiala in 1987, complemented by a Master's in Political Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (D.P.M.I.R.) from Punjab University, Patiala in 1985. ABDUL RAHMAN BAJWA

Within a decade of professional practice, Abdul Rahman Bajwa has amassed considerable expertise in corporate law. Graduating with a Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) degree in 2012, he has established a noteworthy career representing numerous organizations before various benches of NIRC in Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, and Peshawar. He has extensively litigated numerous cases before labor appellate tribunals and labor courts throughout Punjab, surpassing 150 cases across all high courts, except for the high court of Balochistan, with over 250 cases pending for adjudication. Rahman Bajwa delivers effective legal assistance by mastering the technicalities and complexities of the legal system, particularly within the evolving landscape of employment law. As a proficient labor and employment lawyer, he serves as a guiding force for his clients, employing his knowledge, experience, and professional skills to tailor solutions that meet the distinct needs of both employers and employees.
